Adong, male, Hui nationality,19701born in June, Liaoning Province,1joined the work in China in May, 1996, and1July, 1997. Adong is the second post-70s ministerial cadre after Li. 1987 to 1994, Adong studied for a bachelor's degree and a master's degree in the Department of Geography of Liaoning Normal University, 1994 to 1997, and studied for a doctorate in the Department of Urban and Environmental Sciences of Peking University.
