Those who are identified as minor or serious injuries shall be investigated for criminal responsibility according to law.

If a son beats his mother, he shall be detained for more than five days and less than ten days for the crime of beating others or intentionally hurting others' bodies, and shall be fined more than 200 yuan and less than 500 yuan; If the circumstances are minor, they shall be detained for not more than five days or fined not more than five hundred yuan. Under any of the following circumstances, the offender shall be detained for more than 10 and less than 15, and fined for more than 500 yuan 1000 yuan:

1, gang up to hit people and hurt others;

2. Beating or injuring disabled people, pregnant women, people under the age of 14 or people over 60;

3. Beating or injuring others for many times or beating or injuring many people at one time.

The crime of maltreatment refers to the crime of physically and mentally destroying and torturing family members who live together by means of beating and cursing, confinement, binding, freezing hunger, untreated diseases and forced excessive physical labor. , which constitutes a crime.

Article 260th of the Criminal Law of People's Republic of China (PRC), whoever maltreats a family member, if the circumstances are flagrant, shall be sentenced to fixed-term imprisonment of not more than two years, criminal detention or public surveillance.

Whoever commits the crime mentioned in the preceding paragraph and causes serious injury or death shall be sentenced to fixed-term imprisonment of not less than two years but not more than seven years.

The crime in the first paragraph shall be dealt with only if it is told, except that the victim can't tell it, or because of coercion or intimidation.

Article 260th 1 Whoever maltreats the ward, the elderly, the sick or the disabled, if the circumstances are flagrant, shall be sentenced to fixed-term imprisonment of not more than three years or criminal detention.

If a unit commits the crime mentioned in the preceding paragraph, it shall be fined, and the directly responsible person in charge and other directly responsible personnel shall be punished in accordance with the provisions of the preceding paragraph.

Whoever commits the acts listed in the first paragraph and constitutes other crimes at the same time shall be convicted and punished in accordance with the provisions of heavier punishment.
