The main results: 23 species of Triticeae were studied by RAPD, cloning and Southern hybridization, and 60 specific markers, 49 clones and 22 sequences were obtained, of which 15 was obtained for the first time; It is considered that the S genome belongs to two types, and the wheat B genome is derived from the S genome, in which the pseudo-skin is the main donor. A salt-tolerant gene was identified from the offspring of wheat and Leymus chinensis, and two molecular markers were obtained. Complete the S genome gene map of Aegilops tauschii.
