My Tang Brothers is interesting and humorous. It is a film with rich content, beautiful story and easy to make people feel entangled. Even the film style and genre can't be defined.
Create background
Director and screenwriter Yang Shupeng conceived such an unusual story because he wanted to see what it would be like when two robbers entered a village and turned it upside down. The original idea was much more vigorous than the published version: two robbers killed the officers and men of the last wave of large-scale invasion after fighting with the official army many times. Kuzhulin couldn't stay any longer, so they went up the mountain with the whole village and started the business of fugitives.
Location shooting: When shooting, Yang Shupeng chose Maoxian County, Sichuan Province as the location of this legendary bandit story that happened for the first time in the Tang Dynasty. On June 5438+ 10, 2008, Yang Shupeng saw the scenery. What impressed him deeply was the unique Qiang architecture there. The exotic ancient village, far from being a "modern new countryside", is a bitter bamboo forest village in his mind.
Unfortunately, it is a difficult problem for the production department to send the equipment, personnel, horses and vehicles needed for shooting to the mountains. After considering the budget, Yang Shupeng saw some photos on a photography website. Upon inquiry, the location on the photo is Taishun County, Wenzhou City, which is at the junction of Zhejiang and Fujian.
Wenzhou village "has seven mountains, two waters and one field", with mountains and water and developed road network, which eventually became the shooting location of the location. The filming of the film was finally completed in two villages hundreds of miles apart. In the film, they merge into one and become the Kuzhulin Village where the story takes place. It took the art troupe nearly half a month to build a wooden or straw building, which turned Qingshan into a folk garden in the prosperous Tang Dynasty.
