After trial, the court in Guanshanhu District held that Yang Moxi, together with Mao Jun and others, organized and led online pyramid schemes in the name of "Internet C+ business model" on the platform of Datang Tianxia Company, defrauding money and disrupting economic and social order, and his behavior constituted the crime of organizing and leading pyramid schemes according to law, which should be punished according to law.
In the end, Yang Moxi was sentenced to three years in prison and fined 500,000 yuan for organizing and leading pyramid schemes. Illegal income shall be recovered according to law and turned over to the state treasury.
