2. Emphasize basic qualities

If there is no relevant internship experience that can make the interviewer shine, you should at least prove to the interviewer that you are a plastic talent with good comprehensive quality. Be sure to show your communication skills, logical thinking ability, learning ability, execution ability, teamwork and other necessary qualities in the workplace in your resume.

These abilities, whether through your club experience, competition experience, study experience, class activities, award certificates, etc. During school, you can write as long as you can reflect the above abilities.

3. Highlight the campus experience

For example, having served as the president of a certain society (or founded a certain society) sometimes represents leadership ability. Arranging activities such as inter-school friendship, construction and education cooperation independently or through teamwork may represent the ability of coordination, negotiation, team attention, or market development. Using the filling method of club experience can effectively help the supervisor guess your personal characteristics and personality, and it is also an alternative indicator to show your ability and evaluate your development.

However, it should be noted here that not every club experience is helpful to job seekers, nor is every school activity positive. It is suggested that students do some sorting and selection when dealing with this part.
