Chen Hui, male, professor, born in Gai County, Liaoning Province (now gaizhou city),1February, 963. 1985 Graduated from the History Department of Liaoning University in June, and went to teach in Heilongjiang University in August of the same year. 1992 received a master's degree in historical philology and a doctor's degree in philosophy in 2006. He is currently a professor and doctoral supervisor at the School of Government Administration of Heilongjiang University.
