Hello everyone! I am very happy and excited to stand here and take part in the student union election. I want to thank you for your support and trust. Thank you. Let me introduce myself first. My name is Chen Ran. I come from Grade One 1 Class (1). I am the monitor of Class (1), a sports committee member, and one of the heads of Class 1 of the Public Security Department. ?
Tagore has a saying: "There are no traces of birds in the sky, but I flew over." And I want to say: "There are no traces of birds in the sky, but I am flying." I'm running for president of the student union. As a candidate recommended by my classmates, I am confident that I can be qualified as the president of the student union. With the help of my classmates, I believe I can do the work of the student union better and better.
I am a self-motivated person. If I do nothing, I will do it well. As the saying goes, "the sea is wide and the fish jumps, and the sky is high and birds fly." As myself, I need a broader space to show my ability. "But when you walk up a flight of stairs, you broaden your horizons by 300 miles." Only by standing higher can we see further. I hope to play a greater role in a higher position, lead the student union and do our Macheng No.1 Middle School better.
My words are not empty words. I think I have the ability to fulfill my promise. I have my advantages in both work and study. I have worked in the public security department for nearly a school year, and along the way, there are not flowers everywhere, nor thorns everywhere, only calm and gentle slopes. From doing things according to the requirements of superiors before to being able to plan and organize various activities independently now, I have experienced a process from never attending meetings to accepting good advice, and I always feel comfortable and handy when I work now. When dealing with various problems, I always open my heart and think boldly. Because I break the routine, I often get some unexpected results.
As cadres, all aspects should set an example, including study. So in my study, I am very strict with myself. I spend less time studying than other students, and I often have to rush to work while others are reviewing their lessons. But I arrange my time reasonably, complete my homework in all subjects with good quality and quantity within the specified time, and make full use of my spare time to engage in competitions. In this way, my grades have not been lost and my work efficiency has been improved. It is for these reasons that my grades have always been among the best, and I won the third place in the national mathematics competition last year.
Of course, "to err is human." I made some mistakes in my work, but I dare to face them. Correct yourself through the criticism, help and efforts of teachers and classmates, and never allow yourself to fall twice in the same place. It is precisely because I am not proud in the face of victory and do not bow in the face of failure that I will grow and improve rapidly in my struggle.
The class of 2003 made great contributions to our school and won the "provincial model school". Their achievements are well known. Of course, there are still some problems hidden behind the success. Now the baton will be handed over to us soon, and we will finish their unfinished business. As the saying goes, "the waves behind the Yangtze River push the waves before, and a new generation wins the old." I believe that as long as we absorb their strengths, keep pace with the times, be bold and innovative, forge ahead, and wholeheartedly provide quality services for everyone, the work of the Student Union will certainly be better and more outstanding.
I don't want to promise you how I will work in the future here. Instead of boasting here, I might as well devote myself to practical work and study, do all the things I should do well and handle the problems properly. I will use my grades to prove to you that your choice is correct. The centenary of our school is just around the corner, and we are faced with the heavy responsibility of applying for a national model school. The student union needs an innovative person to lead.
Students, I believe you can all understand my mood now. For my ambition, for the glorious tomorrow of Macheng No.1 Middle School, vote for you!
My speech is over, thank you! ?
I hope it helps you! ! ! ! ! !
