"Out of Court" is written by fingerprints and consists of two chapters: blind area and drowning person. The Blind Zone is directed by Zhang Li, starring Yu Xia, Luo Jin, Zhang Lingxin, Wan Qian and Guo Guangping. Drowning Man is a series of legal suspense dramas directed by Bo Huang and starring Luo Jin, Gao Ye, Junyan Jiao, Yu Xia, Li Guangjie and Yi Ru.
The drama tells the story that judicial workers, represented by Judge Lunan and gold medal lawyer Joe, went to the front line to investigate a series of cases, withstood the pressure and even risked their lives alone to find the hidden truth behind the cases, adhered to the professional bottom line, practiced the professional ideals of judicial people, defended judicial fairness and justice, and carried forward the judicial spirit.
Evaluation:
Out of court is the superposition of justice, law and suspense. The characteristic of crime-solving drama is suspense, and the criminal police and forensic doctors in the public security department are common themes. The drama takes judges and lawyers as the protagonists, and integrates them into the detection of cases. There is no problem in itself. The key is that the professional attributes of judges and lawyers tend to be static. In order to increase the drama, change the professional attributes and make the characters feel misplaced.
In Blind Area, Judge Lunan's role is over-promoted. He can reason and judge cases, but he can shoot and drive fast. Judge Lu, who was originally on a business trip from Tianjin Port, almost became the commander-in-chief of the Nanjin detachment. This way of usurping the host's role is unconvincing from the realistic logic. Qiao Shaoting, a lawyer and a superman with excellent memory, still answers the threats of smuggling leaders.
These plots look exciting and enjoyable, but they can't stand scrutiny and can't really impress the audience. More importantly, this arrangement devalues the professionalism of judges and lawyers themselves and conceives a professional myth.
