Sentenced. On September 30th, 20021year, the Beijing No.2 Intermediate People's Court made public Tao Xiaofeng's judgment. Tao Xiaofeng, former deputy director of the Internal Audit Department of China People's Bank, general manager and chairman of Huida Asset Custody Co., Ltd., was sentenced to five years' imprisonment and fined 400,000 yuan for accepting bribes and corruption. Tao Xiaofeng pleaded guilty and did not appeal.
