Mr. Li Yue, General Manager of China Mobile Communications Group Company, joined the board of directors of our company in March 2003 to assist the CEO in handling legal affairs, market operation and data business. Since April 2000, Mr. Li has been the vice president of China Mobile Communications Group (the controlling shareholder of the Company). He is also a director of China Mobile Communications Co., Ltd. and was appointed as a non-executive director of Phoenix Satellite TV Holdings Limited in March 2010. He used to be the deputy director of Tianjin Post and Telecommunications Administration and the general manager of Tianjin Mobile Communication Company. He graduated from Tianjin University with a master's degree in business administration and a doctor's degree in business administration from Hong Kong Polytechnic University. Mr. Li is a professor-level senior engineer with over 34 years of rich experience in the telecommunications industry.
