1994-1997: postdoctoral fellow, Institute of Geochemistry, Chinese Academy of Sciences, engaged in high temperature and high pressure experimental research; 1998-1999: the solid earth research center (ISEI) of the Ministry of Education, Culture, Sports, and Sports of Japan is a COE researcher; 1998: selected into the "Hundred Talents Program" of Chinese Academy of Sciences 1997, and hired as a researcher at the Institute of Geochemistry; 1999 -2002: Institute of Geochemistry, Chinese Academy of Sciences made a "Hundred Talents Program" and was hired as a researcher and director of the Deep and Fluid Research Office of the Institute of Geochemistry.
