After the 6S concept permeates every link of employees' work, it can obviously improve the overall image of enterprises and the overall work efficiency of employees, push enterprises into a virtuous circle, create greater profits for enterprises and provide clean and comfortable working environment for employees.

6S management includes six aspects: sorting, rectification, cleaning, cleaning, literacy and safety. Through the study of 6S site management, I want to talk about my personal understanding and feelings about 6S management here.

My department is the laboratory of quality and technology department. In normal work, there are many bottles and cans used in experiments, and there are many kinds of chemicals used. So how to ensure that bottles and drugs used in experiments will not be confused and will not make mistakes in daily work? This requires us to timely and effectively sort out and rectify in our daily work. When employees are working, they should put uncommon drugs into the medicine cabinet, make room on the laboratory workbench as much as possible, and keep the whole workbench fresh. At the same time, the experimental drugs on the table should be placed reasonably and orderly, such as hanging all beakers on the hooks on the wall. When placing drugs on the drug rack, they should be placed from near to far according to the frequency of chemicals used by employees in their daily work, and all kinds of chemicals should be effectively identified, which not only facilitates employees' work, improves work efficiency, but also avoids the situation that employees make medication mistakes in their daily work.

The laboratory should always keep the workplace clean and tidy in daily work, not only because the laboratory is the window image of a company, but also because the environment of a workplace seriously affects the working mood and efficiency of personnel. In daily work, employees must clean the working environment after work to ensure the cleanliness of the workplace. How to keep the working environment clean? This requires us to standardize and institutionalize the daily cleaning and hygiene work and keep the working environment clean and tidy.

The laboratory is a team, in which everyone has his own work, but there is a certain correlation between these jobs, and the correlation between these jobs affects the work efficiency. To ensure the benign and effective operation of this team, employees need to develop good professional habits and abide by work requirements.
