Lian Yi, deputy director of the Organization Department of the Provincial Party Committee, read out the appointment and dismissal decision of the Provincial Party Committee, and Shi Youqi was appointed president of Guangdong University of Foreign Studies; Sui no longer serves as the president of Guangdong University of Foreign Studies.
