How to Improve High School Students' Interest in Learning Chinese
Confucius, the earliest educator in China, said more than 2,000 years ago: "Knowing is not as good as being kind, and being kind is not as good as being happy." Psychological research shows that interest is a kind of yearning, infatuation, active exploration and pursuit of things. Interest is a special tendency of consciousness and the source of emotional motivation and curiosity in learning. When students are interested in Chinese learning, they will take the initiative to explore the occult. Therefore, it is the intrinsic motivation of students' learning. It can make students have psychological hobbies and pursuits in learning activities. It is the most realistic and active component in students' learning activities, and it is also an introductory guide for students to learn Chinese well. As a Chinese teacher, we should seize the opportunity to ignite students' interest, and change students' passive "want me to learn" into enthusiastic and active "I want to learn" in order to get twice the result with half the effort. How can we cultivate students' interest in learning Chinese? Over the past few years, I have gained the following two experiences in teaching practice: First, stimulate students' interest in classroom learning through various channels.

First, do a good job of "warming up" before class through various methods. Good classroom lead-in can create various situations and stimulate students' initiative and creativity. Just after class, students' thinking has not changed and their attention is not concentrated. Teachers can attract students' attention through a humorous discourse, which can not only relieve the pressure brought by teachers to students and narrow the distance between teachers and students, but also enliven the classroom atmosphere and create a good teaching atmosphere. "However, I feel the harmonious heartbeat of the sacred unicorn" once appears in the classroom, it has strong cohesion, attraction and appeal. Therefore, two or three minutes before class is a warm-up time for a class, which can give students their own activities or performances, such as impromptu speech, American reading, poetry reading, drama performance and so on.

Second, create a beautiful artistic conception with creative text introduction and stimulate students' interest. Experienced teachers attach great importance to instruction classes. There are many ways to guide the class, which are not formal, and can be decided by time and place. Generally speaking, there are the following types:

1, Introduction to Famous Poems and Sentences. The great China gave birth to many great poets and poets, who left a vast ocean of famous sentences. Proper and natural selection of famous sentences related to the content of the text and guiding the study of the text can receive various unexpected artistic effects. To teach Xin Qiji's Happy Forever? Take Gu Bei Pavilion in Jingkou as an example. I took Lu You's Book of Sorrow and Indignation (I knew when I was young that the world was unbearable, and the Central Plains looked like a gas mountain in the north. It snowed all night in the building, and the autumn wind dispersed in the iron horse. Stuffed on the Great Wall, making empty promises, the sideburns in the mirror have long faded. When you debut, you can say your real name, but you can't fight for a thousand years. ) as a quotation, let students feel their patriotic enthusiasm for losing land but unable to display their ambitions, so as to enjoy the insatiable music? Nostalgia caused by Gu Bei Pavilion in Jingkou.

2. Suspense is caused by doubt. The ancients said that "learning begins with thinking, and thinking begins with doubt". The thirst for knowledge is often caused by doubt. Therefore, for narratives or argumentative essays with strong stories and clear organization, we can try our best to set doubts, ask questions and create suspense. For example, when teaching "Think Like a Mountain", I set such a lead-"Please tell a student about his impression of wolves? (student: treacherous and cunning. ) So, can you kill wolves? Please study this article with this question and see what enlightenment the text has brought us? " . The advantage of this kind of introduction is to skillfully set questions, stimulate interest and stimulate students' thirst for knowledge. 3. Tell stories as clues. Some novels are often extracted from the text as learning texts. Taking the selected text as the center and combining the context system to explain the plot in class is helpful for students to understand the text. For example, teaching Cao Xueqin's "Lin Daiyu Entering Jia Fu" can systematically introduce the plots of the first five chapters before a class, so that students can realize the position of the text in the novel, thus stimulating students' reading interest.

4. Use multimedia to introduce new lessons. In Chinese class, you can find some related pictures on the internet to introduce new lessons and arouse students' interest. When teaching Gao Jianqun's Horizon in the West, I first showed some pictures of western sunsets to let students feel the characteristics of these natural scenery, and then said, "What historical sites did the author think of in the face of such magnificent scenery?" . This naturally enters the analysis of "thinking about historical sites", and also enables students to quickly enter a specific teaching situation.

Third, control the classroom process and pay attention to classroom norms. Classroom regulation generally includes the control of process rhythm, the appropriate adjustment of atmosphere and the adjustment of students' attention. 1, adjust the classroom atmosphere. Psychology believes that people can only exert their due creativity in a relaxed and harmonious environment. To stimulate students' interest in learning, we must create a pleasant learning situation so that students can study in the best mental state. The teaching process is a process of cooperation, participation and mutual learning between teachers and students. Teachers should try their best to narrow the space distance with students and communicate with each student spiritually. We should be good at equal dialogue with students as participants, allow them to put forward different views and opinions, and don't make negative comments on students' different opinions easily. It is better to be close to and respect students than to be above them. Teachers should respect students' subjective status, understand their psychological needs and give them the most needed care and help. Teachers should adopt friendly teaching attitude, gentle language and ingenious methods to create a relaxed, harmonious, equal, cooperative and enterprising learning atmosphere, actively encourage, stimulate students' interest in exploring problems and make them think. Teachers should be enthusiastic about students' creative completion of learning tasks, and show their trust in students with praise and smiles, thus encouraging students and enhancing their confidence in overcoming difficulties.

2. Optimize the teaching process. In classroom teaching, the key to grasp this link is how to grasp the center and complete the teaching of the new curriculum within the time when students are concentrated. Therefore, the explanation of the new curriculum requires teachers to accurately grasp the key parts through concise sentences, break through the difficulties with vivid and interesting language, clarify the key points, and let students have an epiphany without bringing vague elements to their thinking. First of all, I ask students to make clear their learning objectives, try to explore new knowledge independently, guide students to find and ask questions themselves, and actively participate in the teaching process. Teachers give appropriate guidance, or guide students to explore again, find conclusions and develop their intelligence. Inspired by teachers, students actively think, discuss and express their views, so that they not only gain book knowledge, but also are influenced by attitudes, emotions and values. Teachers should also fully explore and make use of the inherent charm of language and writing, and flexibly use teaching methods to keep students in the best learning state and full of interest.

3. Let students experience the fun of success. Everyone has a desire to succeed. Soviet educator Suhomlinski said that students' interest in classroom learning comes from "students can recognize and feel their own wisdom and strength in learning and experience the joy of creation". The most fundamental way to stimulate students' interest in learning is to let them enjoy the joy of success. In the process of classroom teaching, create conditions for students in many ways, provide as many opportunities as possible to try to succeed, fully discover their bright spots, and give encouragement. Teachers should also fully respect students and give them a sense of security and accomplishment. Students should be encouraged when answering questions correctly; When an error occurs, give guidance; When thinking is blocked, be good at inspiring and inducing. Promote students' success and let them experience the happiness and success of learning. For those students who hate Chinese, are backward in learning and have different degrees of inferiority complex, they need encouragement. Some simple questions can be left to them in class, so that they can enjoy the joy of success and have the enthusiasm for learning. But this kind of encouragement is best irregular and seemingly accidental. In some activities, you can participate in a group, and other team members will lead them. Let them feel the warmth and strength of the collective. For example, when performing a textbook drama, teachers should encourage all students to participate, and some students should not be "forgotten".

Fourth, it delayed the fun after class. As the classroom teaching draws to a close, teachers should pay attention to guidance, and the meaning should be implicit, leaving enough room for students to think, thus stimulating students' interest in further exploring knowledge. For example, in Lu Xun's "Blessing" teaching, students can write a resume of Xianglinsao's life after class, or imagine that if Xianglinsao lived in 2 1 century, she could redesign her destiny and communicate in class after class to see who wrote vividly. Through these exchange activities, students have a strong interest in the texts they have learned.

Second, cultivate students' interest in learning Chinese after class.

First of all, reduce students' heavy academic burden and keep their desire to learn forever. The China Youth Development Center and the Education Department of Beijing Normal University conducted a large-scale study and development survey in primary and secondary schools across the country. The results show that only 8.4% of primary school students go to school because they like learning. Students have many interests and hobbies. They like playing football, playing chess, singing and dancing, reading extracurricular books and newspapers, watching TV … but they don't like reading. One of the reasons is the heavy academic burden. For a long time, due to the influence of "exam-oriented education", schools have unilaterally pursued the enrollment rate and high scores. Teachers try their best to work overtime, engage in sea tactics, increase the number of homework to improve the difficulty of homework, and take up the time of other disciplines to "check for leaks and fill gaps"; During the day, you need to get up early to memorize the text in the dark, and you have to write the composition day and night ... Students are burdened with heavy learning burdens and lose the time and opportunity to participate in various cultural and sports activities and learn other knowledge. Their minds have long been confused by the heavy negative pressure of their studies and have long been tired of this way of reading. What are their interests in actively participating in classroom learning? Starting with "reducing students' excessive academic burden", I improved the classroom teaching effect and students' learning efficiency by optimizing the classroom teaching structure and implementing intensive teaching and refinement, and achieved good results. Students' academic burden is reduced, and they have appropriate time to participate in their favorite beneficial activities. They feel that learning is not as unbearable as doing coolies. Students' academic burden is reduced and their interest in learning is gradually stimulated.

Secondly, extensive extracurricular activities are carried out to improve students' interest in Chinese. Extracurricular activities are usually an important place to implement education. Their advantage is that they can apply what they have learned in class to practice, develop students' hobbies and cultivate their independent thinking and practical ability. After a student becomes interested in an activity, there will be a driving force to drive him to participate hard until he is satisfied. Therefore, combined with teaching practice, I create conditions to stimulate students' interest in participating in Chinese extracurricular activities and guide them to carry out various interest activities:

① Cultivate students' listening and speaking ability. Organize story meetings, poetry recitals, word solitaire, idiom game writing competitions, riddles and so on in combination with the learning content. For example, teaching Mao Zedong's "Qinyuanchun"? Changsha requires students to recite their emotions after class and hold a poetry recitation meeting, so that students can choose their favorite poems or essays to read to everyone.

② It also cultivates students' reading ability. Let students know more about society and themselves in extensive reading, so as to improve their understanding and judgment. Determine the theme, carry out reading activities, such as "how to cultivate teenagers' adult consciousness" as the theme, publish the basic bibliography to students, and make reading evaluation in groups.

(3) It provides opportunities for students to write. Create a class blackboard newspaper. Students are in groups of three or five, you write the manuscript and I typeset it. Very interesting. This free form provides a colorful stage for students to develop their Chinese ability.

(4) Hold a debate contest, so that students' thoughts can spark in the collision, so that students' language ability can be exercised in the debate, and their ability to distinguish right from wrong can be enhanced. For example, the debate on whether middle school students should fall in love early. Therefore, some people call extracurricular activities the second classroom. In fact, many achievements of Chinese learning are achieved in the second classroom.

Thirdly, engage in social practice, so that students can give full play to their Chinese talents.

Implementing Chinese education is not only a matter for teachers, but also a matter for the whole society. Learning society provides a good social background for Chinese education, and it is also an effective way to cultivate and train students' Chinese ability. The outside world is wonderful. It is an effective way to improve students' Chinese ability to pay attention to society, let students actively participate in social practice and let Chinese lessons move from classroom to extracurricular. The specific method is as follows:

1. social investigation: organize students to go deep into streets, factories and villages for investigation and interview during the holidays, and then write investigation articles.

2. Environmental investigation: Environmental problems are increasingly becoming the focus of world attention. Awareness of participation, social responsibility and environmental protection has been improved. You can use the weekend to organize some students to inspect the environment of public places such as stations, squares and shopping malls, and hold essay competitions to let students talk about their views on environmental issues and express their vision for the ideal environment.

3. Investigation of places of interest: lead students to explore the ancient Range Rover, record their observations, and accumulate rich materials for writing. It can not only enrich students' knowledge, experience the feelings of poets' creation, but also explore some social and life topics worth pondering in appreciation. Enabling students to acquire certain social knowledge not only cultivates students' interest in learning Chinese, but also applies what they have learned to solve problems in real life and exercise students' Chinese ability.

In short, the extension of life is equal to the extension of Chinese learning. As long as we pay attention to life and Chinese learning everywhere, and let students turn Chinese learning into a part of life and survival, and become the only way and process to please their hearts, improve their quality, develop their thinking, reflect on history and feel the reality, they will certainly get extraordinary happiness in Chinese learning and have a strong interest in Chinese learning.
