Ledong Li Autonomous County is an autonomous county directly under the central government of Hainan Province, located in the southwest of Hainan Island, with north latitude18 24', east longitude18 58' and east longitude108 39'. Ledong Li Autonomous County has a long history and a long history of culture. According to the Han Dynasty silver seal "Zhu Luzhi" unearthed in this county, as early as more than 2,000 years ago, Li ancestors worked and lived in this land.

Da 'an Town and Huangliu Town were named "Hometown of Chinese Folk Art" (paper-cut, lanterns) by the Ministry of Culture. The textile skills of Li nationality in Qianjia town and the textile processing of Li nationality in Zhizhong town, together with the traditional spinning, dyeing, weaving and embroidery skills of Li nationality and Yazhou folk songs, were included in the first batch of "Intangible Cultural Heritage List" in Hainan Province.
