The indictment of Guiyang People's Procuratorate alleges that during the period from 1997 to 20 13, the defendant Hong Jinzhou took advantage of his position as director of zhenyuan county Construction Bureau, deputy magistrate of zhenyuan county, deputy director and director of Kaili Economic Development Zone Management Committee, deputy mayor and mayor of Kaili City, director of Lushan Industrial Park Management Committee, director of Lubi Economic Development Zone Management Committee and deputy governor of Qiandongnan Prefecture to seek benefits for others. Individually or together with his wife, Mr. Xu Yuyu (handled separately), he illegally accepted bribes from 88 customers totaling RMB 39.394 million, US$ 90,000, HK$ 220,000, GBP 6.5438+0.000, 5,000 grams of gold and 60,000 yuan of gift cards. In addition, the defendant Hong Jinzhou still has property of RMB 312,545,706, which cannot explain the legal source.
