Brief introduction of Huahu village
The first village of tiger painting in China is located in the old Yellow River at the junction of Henan and Shandong provinces. It is 15km away from the former residence of Zhuangzi, the master of Shirley, and 2 1km away from the hometown of Jiang Yan, a writer of Southern Dynasties, with convenient transportation. The arable land area of the whole village is 1377 mu, 1366 people, among whom 800 people are engaged in painting industry. Couple painters, father-son painters, sister painters and painters from it runs in the family abound in the village. The villagers mainly draw meticulous tigers, as well as figures, flowers and birds, landscapes and so on, with a wide variety. Thousands of farmers in three counties of neighboring provinces were encouraged to engage in or sell peasant paintings, and a group of peasant painters headed by Wang Gongzhuang was formed. There are more than 1500 people in Beiguan Town alone. The village sells more than 40,000 paintings every year, with an output value of more than 25 million yuan. About 30% of the paintings are sold to Bangladesh, Singapore, Japan, South Korea, the United States and other countries and Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan.

There are 2 members of China Artists Association, 6 members of Henan Artists Association, 8 members of Henan National Artists Association, 36 members of Shangqiu Artists Association, 208 members of Minquan Artists Association, and there are 16 painting agents in the village. Representative painters are Xiao Yanqing, Wang Jianmin, Wang Peishuang and Wang Peizhen. Wang Chunli, Wang Jianfeng, Zhao Qingye, Wang Jianhui and more than 65,438,000 major painters known as Little Tiger. His works have both the spirit of kings and humanistic charm, forming a tiger style of civil rights with equal emphasis on rigidity and softness, coexistence of wealth and elegance, harmonious modeling, natural composition, unique hair and tear, elegant charm and strong local flavor.
