Xiao Qiao, known as Xiao Qiao in the history books, was a woman in the late Han and Three Kingdoms period in China, a native of Anhui County (now Buried Hill in Anhui Province), the second daughter of Gong Qiao, and the wife of Zhou Yu, a famous Soochow player. Legend has it that her sister Da Qiao is a stunning beauty. It also appeared in China's long classic Romance of the Three Kingdoms.
