In addition, in order to triple the effect, the concentration of alkali in the product must be very high. However, when the alkali content is high, the surfactant, another component in the oil-removing spirit, will lose its activity and deteriorate, and the product will appear abnormal red.
But high alkali content and surfactant must exist, so the R&D team is committed to developing a new additive that can make the degreasing agent work normally in high alkali environment.
Soon, Li Yuanzhong, an old engineer, developed this new additive, which won the first battle. However, a new problem has emerged: the product is easy to get wet and agglomerate, which affects the appearance.
What do we do? After unremitting efforts, the R&D team modified the molecular structure of the surfactant again and added active groups to it, thus making the finished product of Youling moisture-proof. Thus, the new product of deoiling spirit was born. Since the launch of this new product, its shipments have been steadily rising and passed on among users. With the rising price of raw materials, traditional products are considered as the best choice for fabric pretreatment. This product transports hundreds of millions of yuan every year, creating great economic and social benefits.
New development of fabric coating finishing agent
Now coated fabrics are widely used in breathable and moisture-permeable clothing fabrics, awnings, awnings and tents, industrial equipment and protective clothing. The fabric is hydrophobic, breathable, flame retardant, ultraviolet resistant and soaping resistant. After use, it became the first new polyurethane fabric coating finishing agent product in transmission history.
