Born in Hengshan police station, Fanchang County Public Security Bureau, Wuhu City, Anhui Province. When arresting the suspect, Zhang Lei bravely struggled with the gangster, and was stabbed more than 20 times, and the whole street was dyed red with blood. Unfortunately, he died heroically because of his injuries.
