Go to the Provincial Employment Bureau to prepare the Application Form for Hiring Foreigners, the Application Report on the Reasons for Hiring Foreigners, the original and photocopy of the passport, the original and photocopy of the business license of the enterprise, the original and photocopy of the health certificate for hiring foreigners, the letter of intent for employment, the qualification certificate for foreigners engaged in work, and the resume certificate for foreigners, and handle the Employment Certificate for Foreigners.
Handling notification letter
Bring the foreigner's employment permit certificate obtained in the first step to the foreign affairs office of the foreigner's current residence to handle the notification letter.
Apply for a "Z" visa
Bring the employment permit certificate and notification letter to the China embassy abroad to apply for a professional visa (that is, a "Z" visa).
Sign labor contracts for foreigners
Within 0/5 days (or 30 days) after entering the country with a professional visa, sign a labor contract with the employer with the license certificate (the same version as that signed by the Chinese).

Fill in the correct Application Form for Employment of Foreigners, the original and photocopy of the business license, the original labor contract signed between the employer and the foreigner, the reasons for employing the foreigner, the original and photocopy of my valid passport and visa, the original and photocopy of my health certificate, the Chinese version of my resume (sealed by the translation company if Korean translation is needed) and the recent one-inch photo of my certificate, and apply for the Alien Employment Certificate.
Apply for residence permit
To apply for a residence permit in a foreigner's office in the area where the foreigner is located, submit the foreigner's address certificate (if staying in a hotel, the address certificate issued by the local police station is required), a valid foreigner's employment certificate, a copy of the annual business license, a written application of the enterprise (stamped with the official seal of the enterprise), a health certificate, an enterprise approval certificate, a valid passport and a copy.
