1, improve the matching degree with the post.
Most students have internship experience, and even some students have internship experience more than once. Although internship is the most important thing for HR, it is not necessary to put all internships on your resume. The key is the matching degree between internship and job application.
2, the key priority, time from near to far.
It is necessary for HR to see the most important and relevant information at a glance, so as to judge whether you match the required ability of the position, so put the most valuable internship experience first, and arrange the others in chronological order (from near to far).
3. Digital internship experience
Numbers leave a deeper impression on HR than words. This is why we usually record our daily work. Quantitative figures can give HR an intuitive feeling and judge your personal ability, so you must digitize the results in your internship experience.
Text: Internship in the First Hospital of Qinhuangdao City, Hebei Province from September 2007 to July 2009.
During my internship, I worked in departments such as cardiology, gastroenterology, pediatrics, endocrinology, respiratory, nephrology, general surgery, extracranial, extraosseous, obstetrics and gynecology, hematology, electrocardiogram and so on. After nearly a year of serious practice, I have accumulated a lot of clinical experience, and I am familiar with and mastered the diagnosis and treatment routines and treatment principles of common diseases in various subjects. I can have a formal, comprehensive and systematic physical examination, and I can finish writing medical documents in time.
Understand the dosage and usage of commonly used drugs, participate in the rescue of critically ill patients many times, and carry out professional "three basics" training. During the internship, I was able to take charge of patients independently, and reached a consensus with the teaching teacher, which was affirmed by the hospital leaders and teachers. Can skillfully complete basic clinical operations, and can smoothly perform some minor operations, such as abscess incision and drainage.
From September, 2004 to March, 2007, I joined Shijiazhuang Volunteers Association, participated in many social practice activities such as sweeping snow in urban areas, raising money for love, donating blood voluntarily, cleaning the station, and worked as a tutor and part-time student for many times.
