I don't know if you are using a PC page or an APP. On the App, you click on the position you like, and there is "applied position" at the bottom of the page. Then you will be asked to choose whether to submit a Chinese resume or an English resume, and finally click Apply Now. One thing to note is that the resume seems to have been submitted only once, probably for fear of harassment. There is a gold card service for job hunting and employment, which can help you with resume guidance and recommend high-paying positions. I suggest you consult customer service for details. Good luck!
