You should collect and keep real evidence, such as debts owed, repayment agreements, loan contracts, bank transfer receipts, etc. If repeated reminders fail, a lawsuit should be brought to the court within two years of the statutory limitation of action. Once more than two years have passed, the court may not support your claim.
