Ye Sheng (19 16- 1988) was born in a poor peasant family in Xiaowu Yemiao Village, Xiaogan, Hubei. 193 1 joined the Chinese red army of workers and peasants in June 5438+February, joined the league in August 1932, and became the official party member of the Communist Party of China (CPC) in August 1933. During the Red Army period, Ye Sheng was the monitor, deputy company commander and battalion commander of the 70th regiment of the 25th Division of the Red Ninth Army. Comrade Ye Sheng was sent to prison for betraying a traitor. At the end of 1937, Comrade Ye Sheng was rescued from prison by the Party organization and returned to the base area in northern Shaanxi. After 1940, Comrade Ye Sheng successively served as the deputy head of the 2nd, 3rd, 6th, 1 1 2 regiments in the Luzhong Military Region of the Luzhong Column. During the War of Liberation, Comrade Ye Sheng successively served as the detachment leader of the Northeast People's Liberation Army, the deputy commander of the 72nd Division of the Fourth Longitudinal Division, and the commander of the Southern Liaoning Army Division. From 65438 to 0948, Comrade Ye Sheng participated in and directed the struggle to liberate Anshan and Liaoyang. After the liberation of China, Comrade Ye Sheng successively served as deputy director of the Central South Military Commission Material Management Bureau, director of Wuhan Electromechanical Industry Management Bureau and secretary of the Party Committee. After 1960, Comrade Ye Sheng was transferred to Sichuan, and successively served as Party Secretary of 132 Factory, Director of Military Industry Bureau of Planning Commission of Southwest Bureau and Deputy Director of Provincial Defense Office. 1979 Comrade Ye Sheng was elected as the Standing Committee of the Sichuan Provincial Commission for Discipline Inspection. 1980, Comrade Ye Sheng was appointed as a member of the Standing Committee of Sichuan Provincial People's Congress and a member of the Financial and Economic Committee. 1985, Comrade Ye Sheng retired with honor. 1988 On May 25th, Comrade Ye Sheng died of illness in Chengdu at the age of 72.
