When Chen Shiguang studied in the Fine Arts Department of Nanjing Normal University in his early years, under the guidance of professors such as Lv Sibai, Yang Jianhou and Xu Minghua, after systematic and hard study, he laid a solid foundation for painting and calligraphy. 1964, Gao Fei, from the Fine Arts Department of Heather Normal University, graduated to work after five years of professional study. Since then, he has served as the administrative leader of the art education and cultural departments for more than 20 years. However, he didn't put down his brush, not only trained many artists, but also created a large number of art works, which participated in various art exhibitions many times.
