The following procedures require the personnel Commissioner of the employer to declare with the letter of introduction from the employer and the original (copy) of the personnel Commissioner's ID card. Other units and individuals cannot declare:

I. Unit change (the employer needs to register online and be approved at the acceptance point)

1. Original and photocopy of applicant's ID card and Shanghai residence permit;

2. Provide the original and photocopy of the labor (employment) contract with the contract term of 1 year or more, and the validity period of the contract is 2 months or more from the deadline;

3. Copy of the business license of the unit (legal person registration certificate, association or non-enterprise legal person certificate) and organization code certificate;

4. The original and photocopy of the previous unit's return form;

5. After the information is changed, get the Notice of Points and update the information in the residence card;

6. If the applicant for residence permit changes his/her work unit, please go to the district (county) talent service center where the employer's industrial and commercial registration place, community and private non-enterprise unit are located.
