Legal basis:

People's Republic of China (PRC) Rural Revitalization Promotion Law Chapter I General Provisions Article 1 This Law is formulated in order to fully implement the rural revitalization strategy, promote the all-round upgrading of agriculture, the all-round progress of rural areas, the all-round development of farmers, accelerate the modernization of agriculture and rural areas, and comprehensively build a socialist modernized country.
