I come from Haining, an ancient city with a long history. Simple and quiet is its main theme. Such an environment has created me-I like quiet, simple style but full of curiosity. After the baptism of primary school, junior high school and senior high school, I gradually learned how to adapt to the society, how to grasp myself and how to do my job well. It seems that I am beginning to grow up. University, a brand-new stage, when I stepped into the school gate on the first day, I told myself that this would be the stage for me to further surpass myself, which was the last door to society. When I was able to open this door and enter the society, I thought I had surpassed myself and could strut out of school and go to the society. After college experience, I think I can gradually change from a teenager to a sensible, qualified and responsible social worker. After entering the university, I participated in various activities, including community activities and various activities organized by the college. This bit by bit accumulation is an important foundation for me to complete my transformation. We must be serious and responsible in our work and do our best. This is the most basic thing for everyone, but it is also the most difficult thing to do. This is my understanding of my work attitude, so I often remind myself that I should have a clear conscience when dealing with anything and not leave any regrets for myself. Student associations are an important carrier of campus culture in colleges and universities and an important part of the second classroom in colleges and universities. Joining student associations is an important way for students to enrich campus life, cultivate hobbies, participate in school activities, expand their knowledge, increase the range of friends and enrich their inner world. Fortunately, I became one of them, personally experienced an alternative campus culture, enriched my after-school life, and also increased my knowledge and broadened my horizons. Publicity is no stranger to me. Television advertisements and posters in the streets are all forms of publicity, but it is a brand-new challenge for me to start working in the Propaganda Department and undertake the organization work from the beginning. Now I know that as far as our club is concerned, the responsibility of the propaganda department is mainly to publicize and broadcast the activities carried out by the English club, so that students at school know that there is such an activity and let our club be known to outsiders, thus expanding the club's popularity. Through the practice of many activities, I have my own understanding of propaganda. Publicity may be crucial to an activity and of great significance to its success. Why? Because people, no matter what activities, are indispensable to the participation of personnel. If an activity has only actors and judges and no audience, then the activity will lose its meaning. So I feel more and more that the pressure of this job is enormous, which forces me to better adapt to this role and become a qualified propagandist. Over the past two semesters, the Association has held many internal activities and many college activities, all of which have gained a lot. In these activities, as a member of the Propaganda Department, I undertook the work of organizing and publicizing community activities and informing community members of their activities. However, this is a complicated and arduous task, and I can't do it alone. Therefore, the cooperation between department members has become the key to the smooth development of the work. After many familiar activities, a good working atmosphere has been formed, and the members have changed from unfamiliar to familiar, gradually putting all the work on the right track. This is a great success for me. I feel that I am not fit to be a leader, because I feel that I lack the courage to be a leader, but since I have chosen, I have the responsibility and obligation to do well. Regardless of the process, the result is always the most convincing answer. In the process of work and foreign exchange, I have accumulated a lot of experience and have a certain understanding of social organization work. As a student organization, students should be allowed to organize themselves and start their own businesses to the maximum extent, so that students can give full play to their talents and learn from them. Of course, I obviously feel that there are still many imperfections in the club. As far as the propaganda department is concerned, our propaganda work is far from being in place, and the propaganda efforts and measures for community work are not enough. Secondly, the internal management of associations needs to be further strengthened, and the alliance between associations should also be appropriately strengthened. Thirdly, associations should increase the number of activities, improve the quality of activities, innovate the forms of activities, deepen the content of activities and create a new chapter in activities. We are a group of enthusiastic and inexperienced people. For us, there is no trivial matter in our work, and we can't slack off on everything. We should constantly improve our quality in order to work better and serve our classmates better. Every step we have taken is a difficult exploration process. Therefore, we will conscientiously sum up, objectively evaluate, strive to accumulate experience from it and explore new ways for the development of the association.
