I didn't get a place in the competition. Can you put it in your resume?
As one of the judges of this competition, I read and listened to the research reports of six participating teams on the development model of community business within 108 hours, and I was deeply impressed by the enthusiastic participation and dedication of every member of each team. It is said that there are a lot of contestants who signed up for this competition, and many people may stop at the semi-finals. Many people are very upset, because they may be worried, because this competition has no result, and naturally they can't write a colorful stroke on their resumes, which will affect their competitiveness in job hunting in the future. In fact, what I want to say is that although you didn't enter the semi-finals or finals, you can still write this experience on your resume and show the interviewer the wonderful moments in the process of forming a team, preparing and submitting a report. The interviewer will never be only results-oriented. What they care about is whether you have shown some soft qualities necessary for this position in this process: leadership, communication skills, teamwork, working under pressure and so on. So if you really do this project seriously, sum it up carefully, and pass the story that can reflect your ability to the interviewers of famous enterprises, they will definitely appreciate you and accept you as a member of their enterprises. So from this point of view, the result of the game is not so important, what is important is whether you consciously temper your soft quality in the key process.
