Tang Fu, a native of Nong 'an, Jilin Province, is a national first-class actor of Heilongjiang Song and Dance Theatre. Member of China Musicians Association, honorary director of China National Orchestral Society, honorary director of China Sheng Society, and executive director of National Wind Music Research Association of China Musicians Association. At the age of eight, he studied suona and sheng with his father. 1958 Zaisheng was admitted to Heilongjiang Song and Dance Troupe with excellent results. 1963 Participated in the 2nd Harbin Summer Concert. 1964, the music he played in Shenyang Music Week was recorded by China Recording Society and distributed at home and abroad. In the same year, he studied under Yan Haideng, a famous Sheng performer in Tianjin Song and Dance Theatre.
