At the same time, her essay Laughter, published in 192 1, is considered as a typical American essay in the early period of the New Literature Movement. Influenced by Tagore's Collection of Birds, she wrote more than 300 free poems with untitled aphorisms, which were collected into "Spring Water in the Stars", which was unique in the May 4th new poetry circle and showed the unique thoughts, feelings and aesthetic consciousness of female writers, and was well received by readers.

Bing Xin's wonderful quotations:

■ Love is on the right, sympathy is on the left, walk on both sides of the road of life, sow seeds at any time, blossom at any time, decorate this long journey with seasonal flowers, so that pedestrians who wear branches and brush leaves do not feel pain, tears can fall, and they do not feel sad.

■ Show me, my friend! I am a swallow crossing the ocean, looking for a nest separated from water.

■ Has Chun spoken? But her great hidden power is so gentle to the world!

■ The flower of success, people only marvel at her present brilliance! However, at the beginning, her bud was soaked with tears of struggle and shed blood rain of sacrifice.

■ What is "home", I don't know; But boredom-sadness, all melted in the process.
