The main leader of the biggest gang "Yushan Gang" in Weng 'an has been arrested and brought to justice, but so far, there is not enough evidence to prove that the gang leader or others planned the incident "organized and premeditated" in advance.

On June 365438+February 3, 20091day, Weng 'an County People's Court made the first public verdict on the first batch of 1 18 defendants in the criminal case of "Yushan Gang" underworld organization. Xiong et al. 12 organized and led the "Yushan Gang" in the underworld, and were convicted and punished respectively for organizing and leading the underworld, stirring up trouble, stirring up trouble, extortion, illegal mining, opening a casino, intentional injury, illegal business operation, forced trading, rape, illegal detention and obstruction of official duties.
Six defendants, including Lang Yonglin and Yang Zhaoming, were sentenced to fixed-term imprisonment ranging from 0/2 to 3 years for the crimes of harboring and conniving at underworld organizations and accepting bribes.

The court held that, Xiong and other 12 defendants in the criminal case of "Yushan Gang" have constituted crimes such as organizing and leading an organization of a triad nature, gathering people to fight, causing troubles, extortion, and opening a casino. Defendants Lang Yonglin, Yang Zhaoming, Yang Yuping, Pan Jianhua, Mei Guisong and Bai Yi, as staff members of state organs, took advantage of their positions to accept bribes, connived at the illegal and criminal activities of Yushan Gang and its members, and provided information and shelter for Yushan Gang and its members. Six defendants, including Lang Yonglin, constituted crimes of shielding and sheltering respectively.
