Shennongding Scenic Area is located in the southwest of Shennongjia. It is an ecological protection zone with well-preserved and diverse forest natural ecosystem as the core, which embodies the theme of harmonious coexistence between man and nature. Alpine meadows in the area stretch for thousands of miles, arrow bamboo forests cover the sky, alpine stone forests are abrupt and gloomy, and a variety of rare birds and animals haunt them. Yichang-Shennongjia

If you take a bus directly from Yichang to Shennongjia, there is only one bus every day.

Shiyan-Shennongjia

It is about 200 kilometers away from Shennongjia in Shiyan. It takes about 7 hours by car. Depart at 7:30 in the morning and arrive at Baisong Town, Shennongjia.

Xiangyang-Shennongjia

There are three routes from Xiangyang to Shennongjia: Xiangyang-Baokang-Muyu Town. There is a shuttle bus to Muyu in Shennongjia at 5:30 every morning, which takes about 8 hours. Xiangyang-Wudang Mountain-Guanshan-Shennongjia, the road conditions should be the best, and the whole journey takes about 7 hours. Xiangyang-Shiyan-Fangxian-Shennongjia, the whole journey 10 hours. Wuhan-Shennongjia

You can take a long-distance bus at Coach Station on Xinhua Road. There is a sleeper from Wuhan to Xingshan at 20:00 every night, and it will arrive at Xingshan at 6:00 the next morning. Ticket price 90 yuan/person. From Xingshan to Muyu Town, Shennongjia, the bus runs every half hour, and it takes an hour and a half to drive. Ticket price 10 yuan/person.
