Male, 196 1 February was born in Ningcheng, Inner Mongolia, postdoctoral, professor and doctoral supervisor. 1996- 1997 was selected by the State Education Commission to study at the University of Mining and Metallurgy in Krakow, Poland. In March, 2000, he graduated from Northeastern University with a Ph.D. in mining engineering, and then worked in the postdoctoral mobile station of Liaoning University of Engineering Technology. He is currently the leader of the key discipline of safety technology and engineering in Liaoning Province, director of China Coal Labor Protection Society, member of the Standing Committee of Ventilation Professional Committee, member of Fire Prevention Professional Committee, and member of the Technical Committee of Coal Mine Safety Standardization in Coal Industry.
