1983 graduated from the Urban Construction Department of Jilin Jianzhu University with a bachelor's degree in engineering. 1989 graduated from the thermal engineering department of Harbin Institute of Technology with a master's degree in hydraulics and river dynamics. He has served as a teacher of the Urban Construction Department of Jilin Institute of Civil Engineering and Architecture, deputy director and director of the Academic Affairs Office of Jilin Institute of Civil Engineering and Architecture, vice chairman of Jilin Science and Technology Association and member of the party group. The main research direction is the utilization, transportation, distribution and planning of heat energy.
