In environmental science, the migration and degradation law of plastic plasticizer-phthalate esters in soil-plant system, the influence of phthalate esters pollution in soil on crop growth and agricultural product quality, the screening and domestication of high-efficient degrading microorganisms, and the role of AM mycorrhizal fungi in controlling plant absorption and accumulation of phthalate esters were emphatically studied. In soil science, the changes of soil microbial properties after rice-wheat rotation was changed to open-air vegetables and greenhouse vegetables were studied. It is found that the extensive use of organic fertilizer and chemical fertilizer in vegetable planting will lead to the accumulation of nitrogen and phosphorus in soil, secondary salinization and acidification of soil, resulting in the decline of soil microbial community diversity and microbial activity. In recent years, studies have also been carried out on soil nitrogen and phosphorus loss, soil microbial diversity, monitoring instructions of microorganisms in soil pollution, and bioremediation of soil heavy metal pollution.
