From the perspective of curriculum design, the curriculum system of e-commerce specialty spans four major fields: economy, management, marketing and technology. It is not easy to master one of these fields in just a few years at university. Even if some students study hard for a few years and get excellent grades, although they have dabbled in various fields, they have no characteristics. In my opinion, they can only be called generalists at best, not real compound talents.

Then, as a college student majoring in e-commerce, how should I study in the face of the curriculum system of e-commerce?

There is always one of the four fields that you are interested in, so students should have a clear position on themselves from the beginning of enrollment, focusing on self-learning knowledge in this direction, supplemented by knowledge in other fields. For example, students who like computer network technology are in financial colleges, and the teaching of e-commerce in this school is bound to be biased towards economics, finance, finance and other disciplines, while students who like management and marketing are in science and technology, post and telecommunications colleges, and there is no need to focus on the technical field. Students majoring in e-commerce in comprehensive universities can choose a major subject as their study direction according to their hobbies, and then develop knowledge in other fields on this basis.

The so-called compound talents should emphasize that individuals have a key learning direction and research field according to their own interests on the basis of erudition. Many students don't understand? As a student majoring in e-commerce, I can't compare with students majoring in computer and communication in computer room server management and website construction. At present, the common practice in the teaching practice of e-commerce specialty in colleges and universities is to buy an e-commerce experimental simulation system and build a so-called e-commerce laboratory. These experimental simulation systems are divorced from the real business environment, and more are just a decoration introduced by colleges and departments. In fact, the biggest advantage of e-commerce professional internship lies in the low entry threshold, because with the Internet, we can practice in any corner where we can access the Internet. We don't have to be confined to professional teaching forms at all, but learn and practice independently. Now there are many students and friends majoring in e-commerce, some of whom have started to teach themselves web design, FLASH, ASP or PHP programming, and started to undertake the construction of some websites on campus. Some students widely participate in the trading of Yi Bei and Taobao, and perceive the true meaning of e-commerce from the actual business operation. Unfortunately, there are too few students, so what are most other students waiting for? As the ancients said, "Open books are beneficial". Practice is not that profound. You don't have to go to work on time every day to enter a company. Today, we want to say, "participation is beneficial." As long as you participate, you will gain something. If we complain about the serious shortage of e-commerce teachers, vague development direction, unclear curriculum system and lack of practical skills guidance every day, we will be ruthlessly eliminated by society. Correct understanding of e-commerce certification and competition

In recent years, various trainings of e-commerce have sprung up all over the country. All kinds of e-commerce certification and training directions really confuse students. However, after reading the teaching system and teaching materials of an e-commerce certification in China, it is found that the teaching system hardly highlights any key points and completely tells all the knowledge in the fields covered by e-commerce. The teaching cases in the textbook, except outdated or closed enterprises, are all successful cases of well-known enterprises at home and abroad. What can such teaching bring to our students? What is even more ridiculous and pitiful is that it is said that many colleges and universities' e-commerce majors link assistant e-commerce teachers with students' graduation, and even the four-level Ministry of Education disapproves of linking them with degrees, while we are still obsessed with the intermediate titles obtained through assistant e-commerce teachers. It can be seen that many times the e-commerce certification has deteriorated. It has become a product of merchants following the trend to grab hot spots and a policy threshold for students' employment.

E-commerce competition is an effective way of learning and practice. In May 2004, China Electronic Commerce Association held the first national competition-the first national e-commerce competition for college students "Yi Bei Cup". As a witness, the author generally feels that it is reasonable to divide the competition into knowledge competition, simulation competition, creative competition and entrepreneurial competition, with scores of 1:3:2:4 respectively. Three of them (knowledge contest, simulation contest and entrepreneurship contest) are automatically graded by the computer system. In the creative contest, the competition team submits an e-commerce entrepreneurship plan and uploads it to the website of the organizing committee of the contest, and the expert group of the organizing committee of the contest scores it. However, because the knowledge contest and simulation contest ended prematurely, the creative contest and entrepreneurial contest were put last, so the final ranking may be manipulated artificially in the creative contest.

Although there are some problems in the current e-commerce competition, as mentioned above, participation is beneficial. Participating in such competitions has more or less exercised the theoretical level and practical ability of the contestants. Even if there are problems in the game itself, even if there is no victory in the final game, it will certainly benefit a lot. At the same time, we should also rationally realize that e-commerce competition is only a way to replace learning with competition, and we can't unilaterally think that we are proficient in e-commerce even if we get the ranking in the national e-commerce competition. For students, it is the correct value orientation for us to participate in the competition to keep a mentality of learning and participating, and to take the competition as an opportunity to exercise and show ourselves.

It is impossible to take care of everyone in the macro education and training of e-commerce major in colleges and universities. As students themselves, we should not put the responsibility for our poor study and practice on the school. From now on, students should find their own orientation and career development direction, and actively and extensively participate in social practice.
