Zhao Changfu, male, born in June of196/kloc-0, Han nationality, joined the party in July of 1982, and joined the work in August of 1983, with a bachelor's degree in engineering. He has served as deputy secretary and member of the Communist Youth League Dandong Municipal Committee, secretary and member of the Communist Youth League Dandong Municipal Committee, deputy secretary of Fengcheng Municipal Committee, acting mayor of the Municipal People's Government, deputy secretary of Fengcheng Municipal Committee, mayor of the Municipal People's Government, secretary of Fengcheng Municipal Committee, director of the Standing Committee of the National People's Congress, deputy mayor of Dandong Municipal People's Government, deputy director of Liaoning Provincial Environmental Protection Department and member of the party group.
