Su Xiaohui, female, graduated from Peking University Institute of International Relations with a bachelor's degree in 2004, and then worked in China Institute of International Studies. In 2009, he received a master's degree from the Department of International Politics of Foreign Affairs University.

He has presided over and participated in many scientific research projects and won many provincial and ministerial awards. He is currently the deputy director of the Institute of International Strategy of China Institute of International Studies and an associate researcher of China Institute of International Studies.
