1. First, in the open form, create the file name "Candidate Registration Form" and set the line height: 2 lines 40, 3 to 22, 24 lines 30, 23 and 25 lines 50.

2. Set the column width from b to h, and the column 1 1.

3. Merge cells B2:H2, as shown in the figure below.

4. Then set the boundary line B3:H25 "coarse outer frame and fine inner frame", as shown in the following figure.
