Arrange 500,000 yuan to help, organize and implement seven "low-income farmers' concentrated villages" in Shuangxi Township of Pan 'an, and focus on supporting rabbit industry in heng shan cun, grape industry in Fuzhai Village and chestnut preservation and refrigeration in Likeng Village. Strive for the provincial comprehensive agricultural development science and technology promotion project "demonstration and promotion of pollution-free high-quality rice production in small watershed in mountainous areas" to promote the improvement of rice production capacity and quality in Shuangxi Township.

Give full play to the role of carriers such as Zhejiang, Shanghai and Jiangsu Academy of Agricultural Sciences' service group for developing agriculture through science and technology, and organize demonstration and popularization of scientific and technological achievements such as new varieties and technologies. In 2009, 23 new varieties were recognized as the leading varieties in Zhejiang Province, and 39 demonstration parties of rice, rape, soybean and barley were implemented, which accelerated the application and popularization of new varieties and promoted the transformation of scientific and technological achievements. For example, the new super-high-yield hybrid rice combination "Qianyou 1" has an average yield of 259.7 kg per mu in the 100-mu seed production demonstration plot in Fuling District, Chongqing, increasing the income of local farmers by 1.26 million. The planting area of "Zhejing 22" is 920,000 mu, ranking first in the planting area of late japonica rice in our province. "Zheshuang 72" has become the largest rape variety in Zhejiang Province. Duroc boars account for 70% of the province's promotion, agricultural mulberry varieties account for 65% of the province's planting area, Cuiguan pears account for 63% of the province, Zhejiang double-line rapeseed accounts for 60% of the province, and Zhejiang miscellaneous tomatoes account for 60% of the province. Among them, "Cuiguan" pear has become the largest woody fruit planting variety in our province, which has spread all over the country, covering an area of 6.5438+0.2 million mu, accounting for the whole country.

We will steadily promote cooperation between hospitals and local governments. Signed comprehensive scientific and technological cooperation agreements with governments such as Lishui City, Shaoxing County and Xiuzhou District of Jiaxing City, and some cooperation projects have been started; Seven new science and technology demonstration bases, including mushrooms, strawberries, grain and oil crops, male silkworms, processed vegetables, bayberry and lotus seeds, were built, and service exchange pages were set up in farmers' mailboxes to promote 52 new varieties and technologies, covering an area of 65.438+0.8 million mu, increasing social and economic benefits by 620 million yuan.
