There is a queen Guo, but she doesn't call. She is called the Queen, so she is usually called Guo Nvwang. The name came from her father's praise: "This is the king of my daughters."

She died in Xuchang in 235 AD. According to legend, folk unofficial history avenged Cao Rui for forcing her to die and her biological mother Zhen Shi. This is not credible. After all, Zhen Shi's death had nothing to do with Guo Nvwang.
