Lin Guangda, male, Han nationality, party member. He used to be deputy secretary of Putian Municipal Committee of the Communist Party of China and secretary of the Disciplinary Committee. In March 2007, he served as the director of the Standing Committee of Putian Municipal People's Congress in Fujian Province. From 2065438 to September 2005, he served as a member of the Standing Committee of the Twelfth People's Congress of Fujian Province and a member of the Legal Committee of the Twelfth People's Congress of Fujian Province.
