Zhou Lihua, female, Han nationality, from Changning City, Hunan Province, was born in April of 198 1, with a postgraduate degree, and joined the work in July of 1999. He has served as a teacher of Tang Peng Central School in Changning City, a teacher of Changning No.3 Middle School, deputy secretary of Changning Municipal Committee of the Communist Youth League, secretary of Changning Municipal Committee of the Communist Youth League and director of Changning Tourism Bureau. He is currently the deputy mayor of Changning Municipal People's Government, a member of the party group of the municipal government and the director of the Tourism Bureau.
