[Edit this paragraph] Life experience
He became famous in Japanese football very early.
Japan's most famous goalkeeper, the Atlanta Olympics, became famous in one fell swoop. Apart from the influence of moving to Portsmouth before the 2002 World Cup, he has long occupied the position of the main goalkeeper of the Japanese team. 196 At the Atlanta Olympic Games, Brazil, with superstars such as Cristiano Ronaldo, rivaldo, Bei Beituo and roberto carlos, lost to Japan 0-/kloc-0 in the group stage, which was a big surprise. This game is also considered as one of the greatest victories in the history of Japanese football. At that time, the goalkeeper of the Japanese team was Kawaguchi Yoshikatsu. At the 1998 World Cup in France, Kawaguchi Yoshikatsu has become the main goalkeeper of the Japanese team and participated in all three matches of the Japanese team in France. Although the Japanese team lost all three games, Kawaguchi's performance was quite good, which has since established his position in Japanese football. In the 2000 Asian Cup, Kawaguchi Jisheng helped the Japanese team win the championship, but in the semi-final match against China, Qi Hong and Yang Chen scored a goal. Before the end, Kawaguchi Yoshikatsu kicked China attacker Qi Hong out of the penalty area. This scene is very similar to that of Japanese goalkeeper Higetetsu Matsunaga kicking China's Cheng Yaodong in the 1992 Asian Cup, but Kawaguchi is much luckier than his predecessor. He managed to escape the red card.
Regain the first country.
After the Asian Cup, Kawaguchi Jisheng joined Portsmouth from Yokohama Mariners, but he rarely got the chance to play. So in the 2002 World Cup, he gave the position of the main goalkeeper to his long-term opponent, Masayoshi Tanaka. However, Kawaguchi left England, moved to the Danish League, returned to Japan to join the Pan Tian Joy Team, and then his career revived. In the 2004 Asian Cup final, China 1-3 lost to Japan, and Kawaguchi Yisheng saved Li Yi's shot at the crucial moment in the second half to keep Japan in the lead. Because of this victory, Kawaguchi Jisheng won Zico's trust and became the main goalkeeper of the Japanese team again.
