Pantangwa de Tangxiarong, the third living Buddha, was born in 1928. (Born in Luo Chuan Village, Luojiadong Temple, Liujiaxia, Gansu, Luo surnamed Han nationality), before her birth, Buddha's parents were relaxed and dreamy. Since the birth of the Living Buddha, Luochuan Village has shown different auspicious signs everywhere. The village chief, Guru Luo's housekeeper, and people from top to bottom were discussing how to find the reincarnated soul boy, so they came to Laco Rinpoche in Labrang Temple to pray for the soul boy. Laco Rinpoche told them very clearly: "I am four years old this year, and I was awarded the living Buddha of Xia Rong, Tang De, which will benefit countless sentient beings in the future to run a vast Buddhist cause." It is believed that Guru Luo's reincarnation as a living Buddha is actually the incarnation of Master Pantangwa Giorgio Luozhu, and a confirmation letter has been written.
