Luo Baoshun, 1922 1 1 was born in June, and he was born in Changjiadian Village, Wuqiang County, Hebei Province. 1938 12 joined the eighth route army and China in may of the following year.

Participated in the Hundred Regiments War and the anti-"mopping-up" in Shanxi-Chahar-Hebei anti-Japanese base areas.

During the War of Liberation, he served as the deputy political instructor of the 6th Regiment Battalion of the 2nd Brigade of Jinji Column in Jinchaji Military Region, the 29th Regiment Battalion of the 10th Brigade of the 4th Column of Field Army in Jinchaji Military Region, the battalion commander and deputy head of the 29th Regiment of the 4th Brigade of Field Army in North China Military Region, and the 1st 1 9 Corps of Field Army.
