Hebei Normal University, located in Shijiazhuang, the capital of Hebei Province, was founded by the Ministry of Education of People's Republic of China (PRC) and the People's Government of Hebei Province. Its campus is now the former vocational and technical school area of Hebei Normal University (now located at No.99 Donggang Road, Shijiazhuang City). 1996 after the merger of the four schools, it evolved into the Vocational and Technical College of Hebei Normal University.
